Order Payment Instructions
We accept most payment methods for all orders – check, direct deposit, electronic payments (Zelle is one example), credit card or PayPal. Please be aware that you'll see Pawradise Inc. in many of our electronic payment platforms. Pawradise Inc. is the name of our personal corporation, and we're doing business as WAzzuOR Raw.
You may edit and/or cancel your order up until the time the database is closed. At that point you are obligated to purchase what you have ordered. No exceptions. Invoices are typically sent out 24-48 hours after the order closes, this can be delayed if there are inventory issues with the supplier. Invoice totals are also posted on the order page once the order is closed and invoices are sent out. If you have any questions/concerns with your invoice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Due dates are typically 7 days after invoicing. Please always refer to your invoice for the due date on a specific invoice.
It is your responsibility to make payment on time. All payments must be received by the due date. Late payments are charged a late fee of $5.00 per day. No product will be delivered unless it has been paid for in full. If storage is required because of nonpayment, in addition to late fees, you will also be charged for storage.
There are several ways to pay your invoices, some incur processing fees while others don't. Regardless of payment method, you must include your Member ID and Order Name (e.g. Plymouth or Happy Tails or Medley or Small batch) on the notes of your payment method. You can combine multiple invoices onto one payment as long as you indicate all of them in your notes.

All returned checks will incur a $25 fee in addition to what the bank charges. If this causes your payment to be late, then the $5 per day late fee is also charged.

Options with a processing fee:
Credit Card & PayPal: Please use the form here to submit your payment if you wish to pay via credit card or PayPal. The form will automatically calculate the processing fee for you. Please DO NOT initiate the payment by signing into your PayPal account, as this will not calculate the processing fee. Please DO NOT pay as friends and family as we are a business and this will cause our account to be suspended.
