Why can’t I view the entire website?
Only paid members have access to the entire website. Once you become a member you'll receive the password and you will have complete access to the entire website.
How do I become a member?
VIsit the Membership page. Once you submit the forms, you will be sent a Member ID and the website password so you will have access to the entire website. Please allow 24 hours for this process.
How do I find out what products are offered?
Please email Customer Service to find out more about what products and brands we offer! Many specials come up that are not listed.
Why can’t I see the prices on your products before joining?
Through our buying power as a group, we are able to source products for cheaper than what you may find elsewhere. Our agreement with many of our suppliers prevent us from publicly advertising our prices. Commercial, raw blends start at about $3/lb*. Human-grade raw meat for DIY meals start at about $1.10/lb*. *Pricing as of July 2024
Do I live near one of your delivery locations?
Visit the Delivery Locations page to see where we deliver to! On Delivery days, we meet up with members at a set location with our freezer truck to deliver your order. We do not deliver or ship to personal addresses. Members must "meet the truck" at the delivery location on delivery day.
I don't live near any delivery locations, what are my options?
Some members organize group pick-ups where they take turns to pick up the order for the group, especially if the delivery location is 1+ hour away. Feel free to email us to see if there is one organized for your area!
When will my order be delivered?
Typically most orders are delivered within 2-6 weeks after the order closes. There are some exceptions due to suppliers, some orders are made fresh for us once we place the order! Specific information on delivery times are listed on each Order page for you to see prior to ordering.
What if I can't make it to a delivery at a certain time?
We have many helpful members that often pick up for others if someone can't make it to due to an appointment or other obligation. We can also hold your products until the next delivery. This is free for non-perishable goods, and we charge a small weekly fee per lb for frozen goods (we have limited freezer space!). You can also arrange to pick up your order at our Arlington, WA warehouse.
Why the name WAzzuOR Raw?
WA & OR for the states that we service. "Wazzu", after the club's founder's dog. "Raw" since that's what we do! Pronounced Wazzu OR Raw.
