Why can’t I view the entire website?
Only current members have access to the entire website. Once you become a member you'll receive the password and you will have complete access to the entire website.
How do I become a member?
Hover your mouse over Member Information, click on Membership. Once you submit the forms, you will be sent a Member ID and the website password so you will have access to the entire website. Please allow 24 hours for this process.
How can I learn how to use your website?
Hover your mouse over Member Information and click on Website Instructions. There you will find a wealth of information including screenshots. Our website is very easy to use.
Where are your delivery locations?
We deliver to a variety of locations in WA and OR. Bellingham, Ferndale, Burlington, Stanwood, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Bothell, Lynnwood, Bellevue, Tukwila, Port Orchard, Puyallup, Tumwater, Vancouver, NE Portland, Wilsonville, Clackamas, Hillsboro, Salem and Albany.
Members: to see the exact locations, hover your mouse over Member Information and click on Delivery Locations. There is a map, address and directions for each location.
How do I find out what products are offered?
Hover your mouse over Calendar and click on Order Frequency. There you will find a list of all the regular products we order along with how often we place those orders. Many specials come up that are not listed.

What are the Bundle, Medley and Naturals orders?
Each of those orders contains MANY product lines. A listing of those products is posted on our Product Information page.
How do I know when an order will open?
Click on the word Calendar in the main menu. There you will see a month by month calendar which lists the opening date for all regular orders. Dates will be added as new offers arise. In addition, we send out notices a couple times a week announcing when orders have opened (though most often there are new orders opening every few days).
How do I know when a database closes?
You can find that information on the order page for each order.
What time do databases close?
All databases close at 7:00 pm unless otherwise noted.
Where do I find the prices?
Prices are listed on the Order page for each open order.
How do I place an order?
Click on Enter Store. Then click on the order you are interested in. There you will find complete information on that order. Click on the Place Order button and enter your order. Make sure to note any specific instructions for ordering on that particular order. For more specific information, hover your mouse over Member Information and click on Ordering Procedures.
What if I miss the ordering deadline? Can I still order?
Sometimes it is possible to order product after a database closes. Simply fill out our Late Request Order Form (hover mouse over Enter Store and click on Late Order Request Form). We'll let you know if can fulfill your request.
How much is sales tax on my order?
Sales tax will be shown on your invoice. However, if you want to know in advance: Tax is based on your delivery location. To find out the tax rate for your delivery location, hover your mouse over Member Information and click on Sales Tax Chart. Oregon members that submit a tax exempt form do not pay sales tax. That form can be found by hovering your mouse over Member Information and clicking on Membership Forms.
How do I know how much to pay for my order?
Invoices are sent out the day after the database closes. Totals due are posted within 24 hours of the database closing. You do not have to wait for this information if you would like to pay sooner. You may always calculate your total and send your money at any time should you choose.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
We offer many different payment methods. Check,Pay Here (hover mouse over Enter Store and click on Pay Here), Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Deposit, and Electronic Transfer. For more specific information, hover your mouse over Member Information and click on Payment Procedures.
It says the order is closed but I need to look at the order information.
You can still click on that order and see all information.You just can't adjust an order in any way once a database closes.
When will my order be delivered?
Typically most orders are delivered within a couple weeks after payment is due. There are some exceptions. Some orders will be delivered the following day and others (due to supplier availability) may be a month or two. But specific information on that will be listed on each Order page for you to see prior to ordering.
Where do I meet the delivery?
When you became a member you were assigned a default delivery location. To find out exactly where that is or to see all our delivery locations, hover your mouse over Member Information and click on Delivery Locations. There you will find a map, address and directions to all locations.
How do I know what time delivery is scheduled for my location?
Hover your mouse over Calendar and click on the appropriate transport chart. All delivery times are listed on the transport chart. The transport chart will be posted approximately a week before delivery (after the databases have closed).
How do I confirm my order?
Hover your mouse over Calendar and click on the appropriate transport chart. There you will find very easy instructions on how to confirm your order. This may be done on your computer or your phone. By confirming your order, you are stating that your order is correct as listed and that you will be at the delivery location on the proper day and time.This must be done at least three days prior to delivery but the earlier the better in case you find any errors.
What if I won’t be available to pick up my order?
You may look on the Transport Chart and see who else has ordered that lives near you. You may email those people to see if anyone will pick up your order for you. We have a great group of people that help each other frequently. If you are not going to be able to get your order for an extended period of time, we do have group freezers available for storage. There is a small cost for this service.
